PROGRAM GOALS
This roundtable series is intended to simultaneously build a community of practice and support during these unprecedented times and provide a space for collaboration to collectively advance social change grounded in IDEAS by:

Fostering connection and community so that practitioners who are otherwise isolated in their day-to-day work have a support network and place to recharge emotionally with professional and generational peers
-
Creating opportunities to generate insights about how to utilize these times of social distancing as turning points for new possibilities in workplaces and communities
-
Providing space for sharing/exchanging your work with peers to elevate new voices and perspectives in the IDEAS field
-
Workshopping real-world challenges with the group for feedback and input, and in so doing, to co-create innovative ideas and approaches
-
Culminating in ‘IDEAS hackathons’ wherein next-gen led organizations present cohort members with timely IDEAS-challenges as mini-case competitions to apply learnings while driving social impact
