INW partners with emerging leaders and organizations to navigate IDEAS-related questions through a variety of services, including: assessments, strategy and advisory support, training, and coaching.
We use an innovative team structure in which all projects are Millennial or Gen-Z-led, next-gen leaders from other sectors and disciplines bring relevant skills and expertise, and a senior IDEAS practitioner (e.g. a Chief Diversity Officer) serves as a subject matter expert and project advisor. This team structure facilitates intergenerational collaboration and knowledge transfer, ensuring a variety of generational perspectives are brought to bear on each engagement while building the IDEAS leaders and organizations of tomorrow.
INW Executive Director Dan Egol with next-gen leaders Kunal Deodhar, Ana Lievano, and
Alyson Fraser Diaz supported The Chronicle of Philanthropy by conducting a DEI assessment
of the organization’s reporting from 2017, 2018, and 2019.
